We are Greenville‘s largest and longest standing CrossFit box . We believe in Heath and fitness for EVERYONE! What sets us apart is we offer over 20,000 ft.², 24/7 access with unlimited open gym, and we pride ourselves on having a diverse and complex community of members and athletes all ages, all backgrounds, all shapes, and sizes. Our head coach and programmer has an exercise physiology degree, A CrossFit level 2 certification, And over 12 years experience professionally in fitness. Everyone on our team is required to have a CrossFit level 1 certification and at least 40 hours of shadowing before we allow them to coach our community.
